        Hit and Miss

        He did an excellent wedding cake for us, but our son's second year birthday cake was really amateurish. We wanted and "Elmo" cake and all he did was pull a graphic off the web and put it on the cake. Boring. Be specific in your wants.

        They knew the cake was going to have a picture of Elmo on it. We always explain what the client is going to get during the cake ordering process.
