Lone Tree Nails

If there was a negative star it would be a -10!! I brought my very elderly and terminally ill Mother here several weeks ago for a fill. I had to run home and retrieve another oxygen tank as she was running low. While I was away he told her she needed a new set the current set was bad, he was WRONG!! But this was done in the 10 minutes I was away, hmm why was this not said in the first 10-15 when I gave instruction?? When I returned he was using a gardening tool to remove her nails, what shop uses a gardening too!!



After 2 hours my Mother was well beyond exhausted and we had to leave but not after all 10 nail tips were too skinny and her own nails you could see under the tip and acrylic. I informed him she was on blood thinners and be careful not to cut her, well 3 nails were bleeding. After painting her nails and drying under the dryer for 30 minutes they still were not dry but he said they should be dry. I ended up taking off the bad old polish an hour after getting home when it still was not dry.



The following day I returned and spoke to the lady owner and took in pictures and requested a refund. I was told we don't give refunds bring her in. I explained she spent over 2 hours yesterday and not 1 thing went well and she was too ill to bring back in and I would not put her back in one of their chairs. I explained I would post this and she didn't care!!
