Wow! Live Tech on Demand absolutely blew my mind! I will look to no other to satisfy my computer needs! I was apprehensive about calling, I thought there would be a long hold time or uncomfortable silence and a bunch of jargon I didn't understand. But, no, it was the total opposite. I had a very serious computer problem on Tues. 3/26. A gentleman by the name of Kevin had endless patience helping me through it. I was very impressed with his knowledge and I would absolutely use this service again. While I am sure all of the repersentatives are very good. KEVIN is my guy and I will always ask for him.
