Coachworks Car Wash

I agree! One star is too many! This place is horrible! Went there for an oil change, state inspection and car wash. An hour and a half later, I was driving away with a shabby car wash and no state inspection sticker. They did not inform me that I had failed the inspection. They just let me drive away. I returned to speak with the manager and was told "I will put the sticker on but don't come back here again" WTH?! They were concerned about my window tint darkness but the crummy machine they used to test the tinting was malfunctioning. My tint is legal!

One star is one star too many for this horrible business.



This company uses the cheapest labor available and forget about communicating with the guys working on your car, no English spoken here. Watch your valuables, don't leave them in your car. The quality of service has gone down a lot over the years, cutting corners in the hand drying that is crucial to a spotless car, letting your car drip dry instead. Spotless?? No, they leave behind dirt and dead bugs, dirt on the wheels, and seldom do the light wiping down on the inside, but clean the inside windows with rags they used on the outside of the car. What is wrong with that picture??? Prepare to re-vacuum your car at home because they don't seem the "see" the dirt. No kidding!! Should you have to walk around your car to point these things out? NO, they should take pride in their job and give the customer a quality wash and hand dry. Take your car elsewhere - There are too many other car wash businesses to take it to that take pride in their work and WANT TO EARN your repeat business. You are just a buck $$$ to these folks. Ridiculous waste of many!! And please.....Clean the restrooms now and then.

These guys don't even know what a star would look like. They called the Cops! When they didn't and wouldn't complete their job as I had asked, I got pretty upset. Told the check-in guy I wanted just the inside of the doors wiped down and the console cleaned with a little spray, besides the standard wash of course. He asked if I needed the carpets shampooed and I told hom no. Repeated what I wanted twice to the guy. Didn't pick a package or ask how much. Just asked for wash and the inside cleaned.



Waited about a half-hour which was long considering we were the only active car in the place. When we walked out the inside was filthy and had only been vacuumed. To skip several paragraphs of details, I demanded they do the job I asked for. Even the GM refused and asked me to leave. When I refused he called the Bee Cave Police. I waited. Didn't get the job that I wanted, but the cops told me they get called there a lot for the same thing. Unhappy customers that demand the job that they were charged for.



Cops were nice. Told me to post the story, so here I am. Don't go to Coachworks in Bee Cave if you are a person who expects to get what you ask for and aren't afraid to demand it. You will get to meet the nice Bee Cave Police. For a fantastic wash try a little wash across from LT high school. Great job. Great service!

These Guys are detail oriented for sure. I have been to others such as Genie and The Finish Line and the difference is amazing. If you are a high end sort of person, this is your place, and the prices are comparable. Ask for Tony, his people skills are amazing!
