Very unprofessional and downright rude. owner sits at table in front of bar and drinks as do the employees while working event. Security guards that are included in contract were never hired to actually work event, renter beware they will harass your dj and band because you do not hire the dj they recommend. Don't bother getting linen from them your paying good money for wrinkled linen.

It got better over the years but nowadays all I see is a bunch of drunk middle/high school girls who dress like they're over 21. Oh & if you plan a quince, be prepared for alot of uninvited guests.

The staff is friendly , they go out of their way to accommodate you, the place has gotten better in the past four years,I have been to several events there . Give them a chance!!!
