National Car Rental

Was quoted a 5-day rental rate of 330.00 when I made my travel reservation via my corporate travel agency. Flight out was canceled 3 times and the travel agency changed my 5 day rental to a 4 day rental. National took that opportunity to double my rental rate - for fewer days - and bill me a total of $664.00. Upon questioning this on the phone, I was told they could do nothing because that's their policy. My policy is to never rent from them again.

We travel to Austin several times each year. Always use National for car rental. They never fail to provide fast service, nice clean cars, and love that we can choose the car we want.

at least twice a year I pick up a car at Austin airport and drop at San Antonio. I never had a bad experience with National and the Emerald Club.

Amazing service all around.

This is the worst national Car Rental I have ever had....!!! I am an Emerald Club member and have been renting from National for over 14 years on a large corporate account. I often rent in one city in the state and drop in another in the same state when I fly home. When I dropped the car at DFW I was informed that I had been charged 30 cents per mile. Never has that happened and I got highly upset. It took days to get this resolved and I found that the mileage charge was unique to Austin Bergstrom airport and no one could correct it but them. Finally I had the charge removed but it is a total ripoff...DO NOT RENT FROM NATIONAL AT BERGSTROM....!!!!!
