Don't take your car there! Yes this man IS crazy!! Andy will tell you what you want to here, like he did to me. He told me he could beat the competitors price for a factory transmission rebuild, and I ended up spending over $1000 more. Andy wouldn't give me back my car after it had been "fixed" (at this point it had been 2 weeks for a job that should have taken less than four days) until I paid him another mysterious $400, in which I had never seen a bill. He wouldn't let me test drive it until I paid him and I had to call the police. He continued to harrass me via texts antagonizing me to have my friends and family confront him...All in all I ended up having to pay the money so that I could get me car back. He would only take CASH ONLY!!! He also wouldn't let me test drive my car without paying first...I was driving home and heard a grinding noise when I made a hard left turn. I took it in to Mazda and the mechanics quote was $1800..more than half of that price, he said, was due to the "mechanic" who just worked on my car and didn't tighten the wheel bolt (not sure of the exact terminology) , which then wobbled everything and ended up ruining my wheel bearings, ball joints, rotors and break pads..... We're looking at another $600. When I called to confront him he wanted me to bring it back to him! You're absolutely crazy! I've noticed parts that he didn't put back on my car as well. I wonder where these parts are??There are a couple of more recent reviews for Paladin and Andy within the last month or so...those are the ones that really show how Paladin wants to take your money!

Paladin Automotive deserves more than 5 stars! Andy is a very nice man who took our problem seriously and saved us a ton of money. The Ford dealership wanted an arm and a leg to repair the AC and steering in our car and had absolutely awful customer service that only wanted to make money and didn't care about our problem. But then we wound Andy and he not only repaired the car but changed the oil and fuel filter for a great price! If I have any problems with my cars in the future I know where to go! Thank you Paladin Automotive!

Outstanding Customer Service

Paladin Automotive provided me with quick, friendly, and affordable service. As a female I never feel comfortable that mechanics are telling me the truth, that has all changed. Working with Andy and his Service Manager Rick put my mind at ease. They gave me very fair pricing and took the time to explain each repair needed. Thanks for restoring my faith in mechanics. I will definitely refer family and friends. I have found a new trustworthy person for my auto repairs.

Time is always a factor for me, getting my car fixed in a timely manner was my biggest concern. Having only one car when you have a wife and kids can be a real inconvenience.
