        bad job scar tissue blurry

        I went to Petee Gilcrease apparently he's the owner.. I have had 20 or so tattoos and this is the first time i got an infection.l.. the work is blurry he charges 125 per hour and charged the time he took to sit and draw for and hour and a half when i already had a drawing ready to go... he fought with me on my color choices and had a bad attitude...
