Huge shout out to Randy and his technician Mike! I came up from San Diego to another diesel performance shop, to have some specialty work done (which they did well). However, a nagging (4 years), abs, brake and airbag lights and codes could not be removed or reprogramed in the computer (other shops have tried + a dealership). The other shop recommended Cimental's. Although booked, Randy squeezed me in. Mike worked hours and ultimately solved all the issues. Randy charged substantially below their hourly rate. Their professionalism and fairness was outstanding! If I have any major issues with my Dodge 2500, I would feel most comfortable to again drive the 3+ hours to have them work on my truck

I had taken my truck in to CJ's automotive as I have used them for years but recently found out they were bought out by Cimental. I have a battery drain issue that I needed looked at. It was there a week. When I arrived to pick it up they said it was the stereo causing the battery drain. They also said they pulled the stereo fuse until I can get it replaced. After starting the vehicle I noticed no gauges or lights on the dash. I then went back inside and Randy and Brent came out to look at it. After testing a few things they placed the stereo fuse back in and I had gauges and dash lights. Randy mentioned to bring it back in the following week to see why the stereo fuse ran all my gauges and lights as well. I brought it back in the following week. They had it for another 5 days and Randy said it was definitely the stereo as they unplugged the harness from the back of the stereo. I picked it up once again, when I got home I was going to pull the stereo out and replace it. As soon as I started looking at the bezel to remove it I seen my dash cracked right down the center in front of the steering wheel, I have taken that bezel off many times with out tools and without any issues as it comes off very easily by hand. In my opinion that means they do not take care in the vehicles they work on or has never worked on a GMC before. I called the shop and left a message. Never recieved a call back. Called again in the afternoon. Brent stated they havent checked their messages yet. I had asked for their email address to send the picture to. They never called me back again. Towards the end of the day I called again and they said they spoke to the tech and said they never used a tool or anything and he didnt break it... Of course now I will have to call them a liar! Never again will they have my business.

This business operates like all businesses should run. The work is excellent and is 100% guaranteed! The personnel work hard, are professional, and considerate of your time. The prices are extremely reasonable. This is a highly respectable auto repair shop. I highly recommend it!!! Thank you Randy!
