        An apt I own had a lot of water damage on one wall and some mold growth. I had estimates from 3 different mold remediation companies. Although , BMW did not initially have the cheapest price, they did match the cheapest estimate. They did a very thorough job and worked with my tenant's schedule so as not to be to intrusive. They found additional damage to the window support that was part of the wall and fixed tha too at no extra cost. Highly recommend!
