I ordered from here BC of all of the great reviews.but when I got my food I was very disappointed with the portion size.typically Chinese take out you get the styrofoam 3 sectioned container full of your chicken friend rice.instead here you get a medium sized Chinese box..normally what you d get your white rice in.it was very flavorless.you can tell they use dehydrated vegetables like what you would eat in Roman noodle cups.I was disgusted! I went into this expecting awesome food from all of the reviews so i tipped VERY well.now I don't think it was worth the price of the food let alone the large tip. From now on I will just drive out to independence to Wing Lee's now That's good food and awesome portions to feed a family.

This is the best Chinese food in Blue Springs. No one in town beats their Crab Rangoon, no green onion in it for starters! The serving sizes are large and very affordable especially if you go during lunch, and they offer lunch specials until 3pm even on Saturday. They have an open kitchen. Delivery. The staff is very friendly.

We have been to A LOT of Chinese restaurants in the Kansas City area, since the owner of our favorite Chinese restaurant retired and closed the business. We read several reviews about China Kitchen and thought we would give it a go. We were surprisingly impressed. We have been back about once every other week since. The staff is very friendly. The kitchen is open, so you can watch your food being made.
