Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

Bought wireless modem and one month's service for $90. Store employee showed me a map of coverage for most of the United States. Traveled from Kansas City to Seattle and back in our motorhome. Got service only in Kansas City. Asked for a refund when I discovered the employee had shown me a map for telephone coverage, not internet coverage. Internet coverage was far more limited than phone coverage. Store refused refund, sent me to parent store in Independence, which threw me out. Complained to Cricket ... the said they took no responsibility for their contract stores.
