        This ups store was the only store around the metro area that would even listen to my issue about a missed place package! Not only did they find my package but were able to get the package to me instead of it having to wait until the following week. Jen and Taylor were absolute amazing!

        So Friendly

        Had to send a double jogging stroller back. Friend was helping me carry this giant box when a staff member came sprinting over to get the door. I already had my label so she quickly printed me a receipt while another staff member taped my box and affixed the label. I was in and out in less than a min. It was fantastic!

        Always courteous service and very helpful employees. Their willingness to help carry packages make sure shipping information is correct, ie. zip codes when I forget to include it, makes this MY shipping store. I usually ship a couple times a month, sometimes more and drive from Oak Grove to do so. Thanks for making it a pleasant experience.
