Trouble Shooters Auto

I would never recommend this business to anyone. In fact I'm reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. He charged me $700 for replacing head gaskets which was never done. Also i bought fuel pump and fuel filter then took car to Alan Harrison at Trouble Shooters he charged $150.00 to put in and never put them in car and kept my new pump and filter. I would give him -5 stars

They went above and beyond, even offered to come pick up and drop off my car so I wouldn't even have to leave work. But I declined. I only needed brake pads and and oil change and I appreciate the fact they didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services that most other shops do because I'm a woman. I'm sure the ladies know what I'm saying. It's reassuring to know there are still honest mechanics out there. I would have given it five stars if it wasn't for the fact that when I came into the shop I had to wait several minutes b4 he was able to get off the phone to help. I think a secretary would benificial. But I wasn't there to find a concierge. I was there to get my car fixed and that they did quickly too. I have officially found my new mechanics.
