Paid $13.00 via credit card for automated wash. Not one drop of water, soap, or chemical came out of the machine at any point. There is no person on site, and absolutely no contact information posted anywhere on site. The phone number listed here is for a fax machine. Apparently, there is no recourse for customers when machines fail. Not getting any more business from me unless this matter is settled soon. I understand machines can malfunction, but I do not appreciate making it impossible to contact a manager or owner.
