        I have been to the store 6 times and never could get the glasses right. They won't give you the money back. So I am out the money and wearing my old glasses. Won't go back again.

        Phoney, Fake, talks about patients behind their backs and then smiles to their faces. This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever experienced. Unless you are one of the group members, you better not miss any. The Lead Lab Tech and I could have really helped the lab take off. We went from worse lab in district to unbelievable improvements. But the GM won't keep her grubby paws off the lab organization. It's so "micro-managed" that improvements won't ever stay in place. Best of luck to the Lab staff. Until the GM listens to the proper timing procedures... You will always be jammed up at the finish end. This could have been better.

        The glasses were adjusted where they were almost unwearable. She made them curve so much it was almost like giggles & didn't stay put. I took them to the store on Youree & she adjusted them perfectly. The store on Youree is the one to use. The Youree store gets 5 stars

        My doctor wrote the wrong prescription and they fixed both pair for free. Awesome customer service

        They made a pair of glasses with progressive lenses and I could not see at all. I ordered high definition lenses at a cost of $440 for one pair. They made a second pair and the same thing happened. I was told if I tried a third pair, they would give me a pair free for my trouble since I live out of town and have to drive an hour and a half one way. They kept putting me off and didn't ever make the third pair, so I went in and got a refund of $440. The manager said she didn't know what happened and didn't bother to find out. I have never had problems with glasses before and will not go back because they are not very professional since they never made the third pair as promised. I just wasted time waiting on them. Now I will go to a good optical store and get my new glasses.

        Horrible service!! Do not go to get a eye exam at this Vision 4 Less!! The doctor assistants are extremely rude and do not need to be employed anymore! If I could I would give this zero stars!

        I'm really picky about my glas...

        I'm really picky about my glasses. I mean you wear them ON YOUR FACE. It took me an hour to decide on 2 pair. I was so happy to see the price of the glasses I had FINALLY chosen. They even exchanged them 2 weeks later when I changed my mind. ;)
