I had my unit installed in April 2012, since the first day of installation I have had issues with the unit cooling at night between the hours of 2 to 5 approximately. I called the installer over 10 times with in the first 3 months and the issues have never been resolved. I got frustrated and just gave up and have just been putting up with it ever since. Now the issues have grown. My floors started to swell, I called a professional plumber and was advised that my floors under my house are soaked from condensation caused my air conditioning unit and I will have to replace all of my flooring because of the extreme condensation has led to mold. In his opinion, my unit is too big for my home. I have contacted another professional air conditioning company, whom advised me that the unit is too big for my square footage which has led to the extreme issues. Mold and replacement of original wood floors. Waiting to hear from Gary.
