Mark Frego was the builder involved in creating my custom dream house. However, I would not consider him a builder, but a dream home mastermind. Everything to create my newly built was done in a timely and professional fashion. From the first meeting with Mark, I came to realize I was dealing with a friendly, honest, hard working true professional. Not only did Mark design and build a home for my wife and I, but did so within our budget.

I always received quick replies from the texts or emails I sent. On top of that, I was able to reach Mark by phone just as easy. As Mark is a very busy man, I was very happy with the response time.

As for all the contractors used for my build, everyone was top notch. I am a bit of a perfectionist and everything done has surpassed my requirements. Mark went above and beyond to make sure my dream home became a reality. The whole process was a painless and fun experience.

If I was going to build or remodel a home, I would definitely use Construction Unlimited.

Interviewed 4 builders and selected Construction Unlimited, Inc. to build our house primarily because of the relationship we developed during the interviewing process. They were also the most thorough and responsive during the bidding process and it showed throughout our building process. Extremely helpful in value engineering our project and making recommendations to keep within our budget. Bottom line, project came within budget and on schedule. Extremely pleased and highly recommend them. 5 Star all the way!

Home Renovation

Best contractor I've ever used. Finished our project on time and on budget....which never has happened with other builders. Definitely will use again and highly recommend.

I contacted Construction Unlimited, Inc. to get a quote to update our home. I was extremely impressed on how quickly they responded to my phone call, set up the appointment, arrived on time and were very helpful in making suggestions on how we could renovate our home within our budget. The attention to detail and service extended throughout the entire project and we couldn't have been more delighted with the finished product. We are now considering adding on to our home and will only have them do the work.

I have had 6 homes built and this was by far the best experience I've ever had building. Project was completed on schedule and within budget which was a first for us. Mark communicated with us daily and made us aware of all options so we could make wise decisions. I would have no other company do work for me other than Construction Unlimited,Inc.
