Start the set appointment morning off with them telling you that parts that they said that had in stock a week prior weren’t actually the correct ones for my vehicle. Then If you like to be told one price on the phone to get you in for the business. Then you have them do the work and then they add more onto the bill after they’re already done with the job without a heads up and you’re forced to pay it. Then not to be told when you’re paying over the phone with a credit card that there will be a $30 charge for that payment type when I could have went in there with a check or cash to save myself $30. Stay away.

Both husband and I had our cars detailed recently and were thrilled with the job they did. Our cars looked brand new when we picked them up and they had that new car smell. They also fixed some outside scratches on the exteriors and gouges in our leather seats. Would highly recommend.

The owner was so nice to me over the phone and fit me right in when NO other place would or could for car detailing on short notice. My jeep was an exceptional mess...it's a working farm vehicle and chauffeurs a husky who is great at shedding, so between the hay, dog hair, and horse smell...there was quite a lot of work to be done on the interior.



Within 12 hours of dropping off my jeep, I got a call that it was DONE! When I picked it up, I was shocked to find it CLEANER than when I first picked it up from the dealership. It sparkled on the inside, and they put some sort of seal on the dashboard and glove compartment, so that it stays looking clean and fresh.



I will definitely be coming back here again. The customer service was excellent, and I was in a hurry, and this place was completely accommodating.
