Audio Sonic Car Stereo

I was searching for a reputable place where I can install a remote starter at the last minute. I had been given a good place and economical but it was in Philadelphia. I chose to select one at Audio Sonic despite the fact that it was $50 over the one in Philadelphia, PA. I read a great amount of great reviews about this place so I called. Mike was personable and sounded like he knew what he was talking about. I brought my car and was glad that he took my car despite the last minute request . Mike did not inform me how long it will take and I made an assumption that it will probably be an hour hour to an hour and half. Unfortunately I was very wrong. I waited three and a half hours for a remote starter to be installed. During the entire time no one would inform me of how long it will take nor where in the process they were in. I felt that I was alone out there and they were not trying to keep in contact with me to inform me. At some point I had no other choice but to continuously reach out to them to inform them that I needed to leave at certain time. They made zero attempt to inform me of how far they were into this process . They may have done a great job ( I can't confirm) but the fact that I was not given great customer service was not impressive to me. I do not like to give negative reviews however this one I felt the need to take the time to write. Good place to get some work done but they're not as customer service Savvy as they should be.

Just got my car back from mike. He stated that most customers are smiling when they leave his shop, me? I was smiling before the work was done. I'm loving the sound. Mike is da man!

I just had Audiosonic install a remote starter in my sons 2007 FJ Cruiser. The owner Mike did a great job, even went a step further and activated an alarm function for us. The owner is unbelievably knowledgeable about wiring and is a perfectionist with his work. Not only did he install the remote, but he took the time to re-do some of the other connections under the dash. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to have electronics installed in a vehicle. His prices are below the competition and his quality is the best.

These guys are very good at what they do. I had a subwoofer that I purchased put into my car, they made sure I had the maximum space in my trunk and made a mount for my amp so that nothing was messy or unstable. They even tidied up the wires from a previous job that done by a completely different shop. There are plenty more upgrades I plan to add to my car and I'll definitely be coming back to these guys.

Highly Recommended, took my car to Mike to repair damaged HID ballast and bulb for my BMW325xi and in a matter of 5 minutes he knew exactly what the problem was. Since my car is the not the most easy to navigate through under the hood, he figured a way to change out both without removing the bumper like most shops would charge to do. He discovered that the shop that did the initial work did a blotch job of the HID Kit install and he fixed it with no extra charge and basically rein-stalled my kit. Once he repaired everything and tested i was up and rolling. I would recommend any and everyone with HID issues or someone looking to upgrade their lighting system to visit Mike. Very good customer service and the work was done properly with guaranteed work. Great work Mike and i'm going to return soon for another light install and stereo install in my Chevy Silverado. Mike the owner installed a light bar with 5 over head lights on my wrangler a few years ago. He is meticulous about his work and used his own wiring materials because he didn't feel the kit I had was up to par. It was nice having direct access to him because when I had a problem a few years later he saw me right away and stood by his work. A+++. Very reasonable to deal with

Audiosonic is Great! Mike is an expert in his field and he is very helpful. I had trouble figuring out how to use the alarm system at first and had to call Mike several times. He was so nice and patient with me and walked me through my difficulty. I had a remote start and stereo system installed in August of 2011. A few months later my windshield broke and needed to be replaced. I went to Mike to have the system disconnected before the new windshield was installed and back to have it connected again. Mike was fast and courtesy and didn't charge me for this extra service. Try getting that at Best Buy! I highly recommend Audiosonic!!!

I needed to get OEM navigation retrofitted into my 04 BMW M3. Started calling around all the audio shops in my area, but no one wanted to take on the project. This is not an average person job and requires a lot of labor. Then I got hold of Mike and he asked me to bring in all the parts. He did some research on the side and asked me to bring in my vehicle next. I left the car with Mike for one night and he had the whole system running next day. Mike is very knowledgeable and has good network of people. So, if you need something installed in your car, don't be afraid to call Mike.

I met mike on Friday and dropped off my truck Saturday for a remote start / alarm system installation. This is the second system in my current truck and the 5th system in total. I have had lots of problems over the years and it almost all ways comes back to the shoddy installations by the big box stores. I stayed a while when he first opened up the dash to see how bad the old installation was. It's a miracle my truck didn't catch on fire. The wiring harness had been butchered by the previous guy, wiring cut and tied together without connectors, bare spots on wires that were not taped up and an inline fuse that had melted without tripping because of the poor wiring. It took Mike hours of extra time to repair the damage and reroute and reattach the wiring to it's proper location. When mike was done no more spaghetti just clean looking, soldered connections properly taped. He went above and beyond and honored his original price and stayed til 8pm on a saturday, what more can I say other t

I can't thank audiosonic enough for the great work they did on my Audi A4. As complicated as it is to do anything to an Audi they did a stellar job. Great price and top notch work!

Nothing but good things to say about this shop. Had a custom alarm remote start and system put into my car. Show quality work and just a great experience in general. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, I will definitely be a return customer and this would be the only shop I would recommend to anyone looking to get work done.

No question about it if you need any fancy gadgets or electronics done to your car mike is the guy to take it to. Any kind of upgrades or after market parts that i've got put onto my car i've let mike take care of it and his work is top notch. He takes pride in all of the cars he works on because he takes the time to do everything right the first time so there's never any future problems. I carry around this guys buisness card just to hand out when people ask who did my Hid's/Led's and i've given out at least 20-25 of those. No question about it i rate audio sonic 5 stars.

I came here to have new speakers installed, I knew the installers at the chain stores (Best Buy, HH Gregg, etc.) were hit or miss on quality. Mike took the time to talk about what I wanted, worked with my budget and showed me how bad the factory speakers were. Mike does awesome work, I would highly recommend, and I plan on returning to have more features installed (HD headlights, remote start)! Call him today!

Im one of those techno challenged people who still cant figure out a cell much less car electronics. A friend at work bought a new car & it came with Bluetooth.She raved about how great it was not having to use a headset while drivingthe cars radio transmitted the phone calls! Telling my husband about it one nighthe says you can have that installed in your truck too. He told me to call Mike at Audiosonic.Talk about easy! I called himhe asked a few questionsmake,model,year then asked me what type of unit I wantedhuh??? (remember-technically challenged!) LOL He was so nicehe took the time to EXPLAIN options available & then worked to fit the job into my budget.We arranged an appt & it was installed while I waitedin less than an hour!! Now I have an awesome sounding stereo that fades the music out when a call comes in. I press the knob & talk! Mike took the time to teach me how the stereo works so when I left everything was great. I want to thank Mike for the GREAT job he did installing my remote start and alarm. He showed me the mess the last person did who installed the remote start. Additionally, Mike was able to get me in the same day I called therefore making the decision that much easier.
