I would highly recommend HW Motor Homes if you're in the market for an RV. These folks are very knowledgeable about all the products they carry but also the units the competition sells. Basically they all really know their business.Unlike some of the high pressure sales people we encountered, Dan worked with us to make sure we had the perfect camper to fit our needs. Also he didn't try to sell or pressure us into something we didn't want. Most importantly though, he was fair on the price for the new Skyline and gave us the best by far trade-in allowance on our smaller Skyline unit. I'd make sure you visit HW before you make a final decision on your next RV.

I have bought five RV's from a toy hauler to a fifth wheel from HW Motor Homes. Over the years, my wife and I have up sized, down sized and now in a 32' travel trailer. Each time has been a great experience. I have always gotten a great deal on the new RV and the best trade in value on the used. I have tried going to other bigger dealers who have never come close to the trade in that HW had offered. The owner's Jeff and Dan are knowledgeable and friendly. They are not pushy like some sales people at other dealers that are only worried about their commission. I'm sure I will eventually trade in my travel trailer I have now and will keep my business with HW.

We spent a great deal of time looking for a specific travel trailer. My wife had picked out a particular trailer and after speaking with several dealers in different parts of the country I was excited to find one who would give me straight numbers with no run around. Even though we live in Missouri after several call to HW we made the trip to pick up our new travel trailer. What we found was a dealer who did just what he said he would do. The whole process was professional, friendly and a pleasant experience.The trailer was exactly what we wanted and was ready to go. Thanks to all the people at HW for the great experience.

Purchased a Used 2012 Puma from Jeff and am super happy with the transaction. If you want great pricing, fair treatment, and no fast talking B.S. Go see the folks at HW. Jeff explained everything and was very easy to work with through the entire process. Beware of other dealers such as general and national that charge outrageous prep fees and other hidden costs to charge you for things that should be included in the price of the unit.

Dan and the crew at HW Motors jumped thru hoops to get us our Quicksilver 10.0 in time for our vacation in April. When an electrical cord was missing Dan had it shipped directly to our home 80 miles from the showroom, really saved us a lot of time. We did find a few small defects during the trip but those were handled quickly and professionally at the dealership.

H & W Motorhomes is an excellent place to buy a trailer. My wife and I have just purchased our second Puma travel trailer from them. The staff is straightforward, polite, helpful and very honest. There are no hidden fees or junk charges the price they say is the price you pay.In both purchases we had several upgrade requests. H&W's technicians did them quickly and with high quality. If you want to deal with honest people and get a good deal, I recommend you go to H&W.

Rented several coaches over the years, they were all clean, worked great. The kids had a great time. Thinking about going out west and renting for HW again. Folks were great and worked hard to make sure everything was right.
