Therapeutic Massage by Rachael Logue is a small business that emphasizes personalization and affordability for clients seeking a non-invasive, natural alternative to help improve their quality of life. Therapeutic massage can help reduce stress, improve circulation, distribute hormones, relieve headaches, prevent soft tissue strains, promote healing of work- and sports-related injuries, reduce the severity of fibromyalgia symptoms, and much more. My therapeutic intention is to base every massage on your own personal goals and discomforts of the day. A therapeutic or deep tissue massage does not necessarily require large amounts of pressure or pain to achieve optimum results, and I have variety of clients ranging from low to high pressure needs. I work with feedback of various forms to find the right routine and pressure variety for the session to improve your mobility, decrease pain, and reduce stress. I am a 4-year graduate of Carlson College of Massage Therapy. I also had the privilege of working with St. Luke's Hospital before opening my own practice in November, 2011. I conduct my practice very professionally and I follow strict ethical standards. I am very committed to helping my clients make health and well-being a big part of their lives.
