Michael with Blue Water Pools was referred to us ten years ago, when we bought a house with a pool, and we had no clue. Michael has walked us through many issues over the years. He is always prompt to respond, professional, very knowledgeable, and always so friendly. Michael gets to know his clients. He will offer to trouble shoot via text or phone, or just come on out and take of the problem. I have referred Michael to friends over the course of the years and will continue to do so! Michael has installed my pool fence, custom pool cover, salt water system, and a new variable speed pump. He walked me through how to change my sand and laterals on my sand filter at no charge (he also helped me finish the job). He has donated parts to me and has answered any question that I've had about my pool. He's very flexible and wants to make the customer is happy. I'm a new pool owner, and Michael has made it easy for me to keep a clean and affordable salt water pool!

Michael was simply a life saver after Hurricane Matthew. Our pool was flooded with sea water and mud.He turned our cesspool back into a clear water pool; he even helped figure out an electrical issue and restored power to a non functioning pump. We had numerous issues which he calmly and methodically dealt with daily until the problems were solved. He is a not only a fabulous pool man but such a nice guy too! One bright spot in our flooding mess was Michael.

Absolutely inexplicable! No records kept by this business owner, so If there is a warranty you have no clue. Until....there is an issue with a brand new pump that requires service 3 times in a year, then all of a sudden he has no documentation of your purchase. Then, when he finds he's wrong, comes up with a new reason why the pool is not running properly, and there's a charge!!!!! He shows up unexpectedly, performs service without letting you know , then charges you! Misdiagnosis main issues when he professes expertise in pumps. Takes several days to weeks to respond especially when he is in the wrong. Not open with communication. Be very careful , we trusted for 2 years and this man showed his true character and lack of business sense and customer service once he reels you in and your paying tons out of pocket!

Michael was a breath of fresh air after dealing with multiple pool issues. He offered solid advice and installed a new pump in our new system. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Class act all the way around. Wish I could give him 6 stars...

We met Mike from a referral from a local pool supply company last year. From the start, we found Mike to be very educated and well informed about our inground pool. Mike strictly does repairs and is not involved in installations; because of this he can give his clients the time to properly serve them. Our recent problem was solved within hours of when we first called Mike. He was able to get us a part we needed (less than we could find) AND installed it for a very reasonable price.
