Absolutely do NOT want to deal with them again. Have 5 or 6 times, but have learned my lesson. Customer service is... well, non-existent! They need to hire people who are actually maybe happy to have a job! It's really ridiculous. How do they have ANY customers left. And I'm a very easy going person. I've never complained, and will not. I just will not go back. I actually found another eye dr (even though I liked the dr) because I do not want to deal with them ever again. If patients have slacked off for the eye drs - you might want to take a look at that dept! I am an office manager in a drs office, and the first thing a new employee is taught is that the patient/customer is to be respected, and that they are happy to see them. It's all about the patient at the point of entry into our office - not about the employee!
