really rude service. I had a standard customer service issue, and was your standard unhappy customer. Paid for package with tracking. Package is not being tracked.... They repeatedly blamed USPS, and when I said that maybe you didnt get the package to usps to track int he first place he said...get this... Buh-Bye! Mimicking the SNL skit lampooning the horrible customer service attitudes of a sub-standard air carrier. I wonder if he realized the irony.
