Bo's Shop & Towing

We broke down in Clarksville TN and the local Chevrolet dealer was useless. I got a hold of Bo's Towing through AAA and Mark arrived loaded my car on the truck and we were off to St. Louis. No problems at all. A special thanks goes out to "MARK" for a super job of getting my car to the St. Louis dealership for repair. By the way this was a 2019 Corvette Z06. Again, Thank you to Mark.

I just want to say that I called AAA. and when this gentleman showed up he made my son’s evening! My son is has some social delays but he loves big trucks and when this man heard that he offered to let my son honk the horn and the joy in my sons face made my heart melt! Sir I didn’t catch your name but you are perfectly wonderful and I hope you and your family have a joyous and blessed holiday!

Yesterday, 7 Oct 2017, Richard came out to repair a flat I had in Downtown Clarksville, TN. Not only was he professional, he went the extra mile to ensure that my spare tire was put on my vehicle in a quickness. I have one of those holes above my License plate that you have to insert a long rod/tool into in order to have the spare lowered from underneath, well...I no longer have mine in my Ford Ranger truck, and they did not have that tool on the Tow truck...so....Richard called his wife to have her bring his personal truck to the location in order to use his personal one to get the job done, as his truck uses the same tool.!!! THAT was much appreciated Richard!!!!!! Customer service such as this is simply not seen much anymore, any other towing company would have just told me they would have to tow me to a garage or something and it would have sat over the weekend. Thanks again Richard, and Bo's Towing for employing this gentlemen that truly cares about those he helps!!!!

Roger just towed my husbands BMW M3 and did a fantastic job. We had another tow company out here a few days ago and said it was too low to tow. We won't tow with any other company. Thank you so much.
