        They suck! I received a gift certificate and they would not honor it. How could they not do this? They were more than happy to collect the money from my niece for a Classic Pedicure! There are plenty of other, much more service oriented salons, one right in the same complex!

        Just finished paying $37 + tip for the technician to do worse than I could. She didn't pay attention to me (regardless of the fact that I actually had an appointment) she was too busy looking at the door. My nails are waaaay shorter than I asked for - I wanted almond acrylics, I have nails shorter than I could grow without acrylics now. My nails are obscenely unevenly shaped, thick, and the gel polish isn't even to the edges of my cuticle. One nail's underside is completely connected to my finger by acrylic. I'm beyond disappointed. Money and time wasted. Do not go here.

        I just finished wasting $42 on nails worse than I could do. The technician didn't pay attention to me (regardless of the fact that I had an appointment) she was too busy looking at the door. My nails are way shorter than I wanted - I asked for almond acrylics and they're shorter than I could grow without acrylic. The shape of each nail is obscenely different from the others, they're too thick, and the gel polish is horribly done. The Polish doesn't even come to the edge of my cuticle on several nails. I'm so upset and disappointed. Please spend your money somewhere that can actually create what you want.

        Went to lux nails for the first time today and they were very pleasant. The person who did my nails (Tim) dis an amazing job. I will be returning to this mail shop.

        OK job, poor service

        The staff are rude. When I brought my daughter with me, they pointed at her and made comments. I gave them 2 stars because they do an ok job, but service really means everything. I will never return to them.
