How much you want to bet the rebutal to the inidvidual's concern/complaint was written by the dentist himself, or at the very least, someone in his office? Own it and don't treat people bad for buck.

I am commenting on the previuos review I am wondering about the mistake that was made was this mistake in care or was it a mistake in money. I have recieved treatment from this office as well and I must say I recieved the best care I have ever recieved from a health provider. I do also recongnize a person who complains because they recieve excellent care but they don't want to pay for it. So my question to you is this a care issue or a money issue?? Because if this is a money problem you may be making a slanderous statement huh???

After the bad experience I had with this office, I would never go back or suggest anyone else to go. Very disappointed in every way. The staff made a mistake, which happens. However, when they would not take ownership of the mistake and make it out to be my fault, I lost all respect for these people. My dentist referred me to Dr. Thoman. I will let my dentist know that he should never refer anyone again.
