Soothing Sensations

Bought this as a LivingSocial deal. Most unprofessional massage I've ever received. The guy was smacking his gum the whole time. It was not relaxing and very painful due to his extremely long nails digging into my skin. When I complained that it was painful, he simply responded, "well the knots needs to come out" and continued hurting me. His music that was playing on his phone kept going to commercials. No response from the business when I emailed to complain. Only received a very rude response from Traci after I reviewed them poorly on Living Social. The response made me feel like the horrible service was my fault and offered no remorse on the part of the management. I will never use this establishment again and would recommend to spend your money elsewhere.
