        When making reservations please do not think you are guaranteed what you requested, you are not, two time in a row this happen to us. Made reservation for a certain room and went to check in and they didn't have what we were looking for so had to take what they had, the front desk had an attitude, the rooms are nice but when you make a reservation you want what you requested not what they give you so you being satisfied they say is guaranteed is not true
