They can come after they get off work or schedule an appointment on their off day. We schedule appointments seven days a week.

They're hours are a little late to be opening up. What about the people that are at work when they open up.

After waiting 5 hours after my appointment time (which I called an hour beforehand to confirm), I was asked to come back another day since it had gotten so late. Staff was inefficient and unprofessional. Tattoo artist is phenomenal, business practices less so.
