Diamond Nails

Today I was getting a pedicure by one of the men at the salon. I felt a sharp pain and my toe had been cut. My toe starting bleeding and guy poured some antiseptic called kid dabb and applied pressure for 2 to 3 minutes for my toe. I ask for an incident report in case my toe gets infected, and the lady said, "No, your toe is fine." I explained to her that I am a nurse, and that my toe was really hurting, and she can't say if my toe will get infected. She refused. This is warning to the public, if you are hurt there, they will not give out an incident report. I had to select a star, but if possible I would have given half a star.
