Cornerstone Roofing Inc.

Cornerstone replaced our roofing a few years back. I selected them even though they were not the least expensive quote that we got because when I called some reference customers, they had great things to say about Cornerstone. In fact, I had to tell one or two of them that I had to go in order to get them to stop talking about how happy they were with the job on their roof. The Cornerstone workers showed up on the scheduled start day even though there was some snow on the house. They cleared off the snow, went to work, and finished the roof and my shed before lunch the next day. Before leaving, they cleaned up every bit of debris from my yard. I have not had any problems with the new roof. Both my neighbors got less expensive deals with other roofing companies, but they have both had problems. We plan to use Conrnerstone again when we put an addition on my house, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done on their roof.

After the storms that came through this spring, we needed some roof repairs. We signed a contract with cornerstone, and then started getting excuses as to why they weren't there to do the work. After several weeks we spoke to a supervisor who ensured us that it would be taken care of. Several more weeks went by (with us calling once a week to check up) and they stopped returning our calls all together. Finally after two and a half months went by, we had to send a certified letter to the owner and company to break the contract so there would be no penalties. This is the worst company I've ever had the dis-pleasure to work with.
