Aarid Enterprise Corporation

I rarely write reviews and the only reason why I am writing this is because I was blown away by this company. I relocated to Australia from Woodbridge, VA last February. The company I used was Stevens International however; being that they are not local they contracted Aarid as the freight forwarder. A rep from Aarid came to my house to do a pre-move survey. Prior to them coming I tried to get as many quotes from several companies with good reviews I found on movingscam.com as possible but in the end I settled for Aarid. The only reason why I went with Aarid was because I spoke to the owner/manager personally and was impressed by his honesty and not based on any reviews as there was none on the company at that time.

Most of the other companies did not bother to come to the house unless some deposit was made. Some pushed through some cumbersome paperwork for details of my items so they can guestimate the weight for a quote. I can’t stress how pleased I am to have gone with Aarid.

My shipping was door to door therefore they handled the packing of everything. It was worth. I kept my 20ft container in their storage for 1month before shipping. Somehow I forgot to send the insurance paperwork back to Stevens International so when it came time to shipping my household goods; it had been in storage for some time so the insurance company will not insure it. I was worried because I had mirrors, irreplaceable chinaware, and extensive vase collection and a lot of breakable items.

But thanks to the wonderful crew from Aarid who packed my stuff with care they arrived intact with not a single item broken. I am very impressed with their packing skills I would like to thank the crew, Juan and his 2 guys for doing such a fantastic job. They packed my household goods with ultimate care. I was worried but these guys became my heroes. After being in storage for a month and many weeks at sea and on top of that not having insurance on my goods I have nothing to fault them only that I wish I had not worried as much as I did. I am in no way suggesting that you don’t purchase insurance for your items, but somehow I would have been mad if I did because it would have been such a waste of money.

Those guys are darn good and take their job seriously and I highly recommend this company. They are professionals; paperwork was excellent; my container was only quarantined for days not weeks as speculated. I had zero problems with customs and I would use them a million times again.

Again, thanks for your outstanding job. I really appreciate the effort you put into making sure all my goods arrived safe and sound. Would you please let those 3 men know I really appreciate them for handling my goods with care?
