Thank you Decatur Garage Door Repair!!! This company is a very reliable and professional company! I called at around 10am this morning whe I realized that something was wrong with my garage door sensor. The lady in the office was very nice and was able to accommodate my time needs. At 12:30pm the technician was at my house. He right away went into the garage and did overall test of my garage door.in the end he fixed the sensors and made a few adjustments and my garage door is up and running. I didn't believe the issue would be solved that quick and that I wo be able to on with my day. Thank you and you've earned a customer for life.

I called Decatur Garage Door and the 1st impression by phone was excellence, very professional and the customer service representative was knowledgeable. I explain him that my garage door was stuck and wasn't closing. He toll me that needed to replace the spring and cables.

They have available a technician so they scheduled to come yesterday morning. Exactly what he explained me in the phone, is what they replaced and the door is opening and closing perfectly.
