I have been calling the doctor's office for almost two months now. I has an IUD put in there and I was calling to see when and what kind, in order to see if it is time to get it removed. Every time I call I am given the run around by them telling me they would call me back, that my chart is in the basement and there is no light, etc. I have a saved voicemail with them telling me that my chart has been misplaced. After receiving the voicemail I called back and was told to give them 3 days, on the 4th day( which was today) I called back and was told that they just remembered that they were audited and my insurance company took my chart. I called my insurance company who said that they have no records of my chart being audited and even if it was they will never remove the chart from the office. It is my belief that my chart has been lost during their move. I am very stressed that my chart could be in anyone's hands at this moment. IT IS MY OPINION THAT YOU SHOULD RUN AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Ive been trying to get my medical records back from this horrible place. They are unprofessional and fraudulent. The first time iwent here was late in my second trimester. I just moved to the area and they were willing to see me but when i had my son i was told that the doctor would be at atlanta medical to deliver my son. He never showed never called and not only that but the doctors at the hospital said none of my records was sent to the hospital where the clinic sent so i was given a very painful penicillin shot because they didnt know my medical history. I should have learned the first time but silly me i went back. Im now 5 months pregnant with my second child and during my second appointment was told that they couldnt find the records for my first appointment so they did some things over. I found out 3 weeks ago when i called to schedule another appt that they were no longer accepting medicaid. They didnt bother to call and let me know. Instead they lady said they were reffering medicaid patients to another doctor. I found out that same day that they were being indicted on medacaid fraud! They were over charging women for services including abortions at their abortion clinic on peoples medacaid cards! Now i have to find another doctor because i doubt this new reffered doctor will be any better but cant because no one will pick up the freakin phone so i can get my medical records. I beg you if you are pregnant and want to have a nice easy going pregnancy with a great doctor DO NOT GO TO LEGACY GYNECOLOGY IM TELLING YOU!!!!!

PLEASE DON'T EVER CALL OR GO TO THIS PLACE. I CALLED THEM ALL MORNING TODAY 11/05/2012 THERE LINE WAS BUSY ALL DAY THEN AFTER IT STARTED TO RING THE ANSWERING MACHINE STAYED IN ALL DAY LUNCH IS BETWEEN 12-2 pm SO THAT MEANS AT 2:30 I SHOULD GET AN ANSWER I CALLED UP UNTIL CLOSING WITH NO ONE TO TALK TO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE CLOSED IM GONA TRY TO SEE HOW I CAN MAKE THAT HAPPEN ANY ONE ELSE INTERESTED THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS BUT I HAD TO @ LEAST GIVE 1

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER A GOOD DOCTOR BUT SERVICE IS TERIBLE I WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE AN ULTRASOUND TODAY I WAITED UP TO 45 MIN JUST TO BE TOLD THE ULTRASOUND LADY HAD AN EMERGENCY WHICH IS BULL THEY COULD OF CALL TO LET ME KNOW I BELIEVE THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE BUT IM LEAVING THERE AND NEVER TO RETURN

Horrible never go to this horrific place very bad service. I went for a appointment I was treated badly for wanting to switch to another Dr. Office. I gave them another chance and was kicked out when I was 7 months pregnant by the Doctor,at his desk. He told me since I requested my records they could not see me . I went with the father of my child to a pryor appointment and they told me he could not come in the back. That day I got a ultrasound the father and I never got to bond with that experience. I was discriminated from these people for being" A young soon to be mother with goverment assistance." This led me to great emotional stress and I was even thinking about termination of my pregnancy. I was not even greeted as a person in general. The Dr. name was Dr. Noah Willis. If I were you please have second thoughts before you go to this office. If you want to be treated like protocal, then this is the place for you
