Beads On the Ave

Will not be returning. I stopped in with a friend to check out Beads on the Ave because I was interested in seeing their inventory and signing up for a class. The woman working at the time didn't greet us, but rather retreated to the back to make a phone call. Then she continued to ignore us by taking her delivered lunch to the back and making another call (personal). She hung up and complained (while eating) about problems with her microwave, her car, etc. Needless to say, I have no desire to sit in a room and make jewelry for 2-3 hours with this unprofessional individual.

Why would you put a bunch or fragile things right next to the register where people are getting their wallet out to pay? something got tipped over, which I didn't even see until the owner flipped out, and she made me pay for it. If a merchant puts something blocking your path, and you trip, and something breaks, do you pay for that? Nope, don't think so! Another customer saw what happened and just walked out. So we both won't be back. You would think with the way business is, the stores would try to keep business, not send it away. I gave this store a try, and will not be coming back, but rather give my business to other bead stores whom I know wouldn't treat you this way.
