Monroe Street Cafe

Loved this place when I found it!!!!! They do have great food. As the years went by.... The service went down hill and the prices went UP as the casino comps came in! Called this guy the first time the night I left to tell him how poor the service was,And the gentleman was so satisfied with his staff he did not care to hear the complaint. I did Not have to come back if I did not LIKE the way I was treated? A few months go past I figured I would give it another try ,Took another couple down there and was treated just about as poorly if not worse!Gave it a different approach,called the next day. Same guy, Again told to take my business elsewhere? How sad, This guy is ready to turn away his customers for bad servers who dont want to be there or do their own JOBS? I see why you had no one in your Business on VALENTINES DAY <3 Sir ........ **Stick to inside the casinos!!!!!!!!
