Doral Medical Imaging

My 9-year old daughter had an X-ray on her head for a possible sinus infection. They delivered the results to our doctor 6 days later, which of course was way too late and her symptoms had worsened already.
Avoid using this center altogether.

I walked in this place and sat in the lobby and waited to be helped. 4 four employees walked passed for about 25 minutes without acknowledging that I was even there. One of them passed me 3 times then finally asked if I was helped, and pretended to be shocked when I told her not only haven't I been helped, no one even said hello. The office setup isnt very inviting. The area designated for you to wait in to be helped looks as if youre entering a "personnel only" area. Staff isn't friendly or informative and it looks to be family owned. One thing I really hate is when people speak Spanish in front of non-spanish speaking people when taking about problems that concerns the patient. They do this a lot, so if you prefer a English only speaking doctor, this definitely isn't the place. There is no confidentiality here. I was in an office with 5 people talking about my options, & there wasnt even a doctor around. Very unprofessional place and staff. Many lies were told about how an MRI works and the woman that helped me perform the MRI didn't explain to me that it would take 50 minutes to perform the MRI. I was soooo uncomfortable. I was telling them that I need to do my entire leg from the calf down and they kept saying that's impossible which I know is a lie. And it was very loud in that room, she never offered me ear plugs or that I could listen to my music or anything to comfort me. I looked through a window where she was working in and she was talking to one of the other girls about something and not even paying attention to the computer screen to get the exam over as fast as possible. When I yelled to her after 45 minutes to ask what was taking so long she came in the room with an attitude and said rudely " you don't hear the machine still on that means the exam isn't over yet." They also said I would get copies of images to view at home/give to other doctors. They really give you a CD with files that only a doctor with a proper program views. NEVER, EVER GO HERE.

I when in a few months ago for some x ray and I though someone was playing a trick on my. All the equipment looks like it was purchased in early 70's. I tuck about 40 to get two x rays.
