Dr. Lawrence is great. I highly recommend Dr. Lawrence.

The office staff is disorganized. I took away one star for the office staff.

The waiting room is always full. If you don't make an appointment first thing in the morning, you could wait for 4 hours or more to see the doctor.1

But Dr. Lawrence is so good that people drive to her from miles away to see her.

Dr. Lawrence has always taken excellent care of me. And I have been seeing her for years. And I will continue to see her, even if she is out-of-network.

Her office staff is another matter. They cannot do things on time. They cannot keep track of my medication. They cannot follow directions.

There are one, maybe two, people in the office staff who are very helpful. And I appreciate them greatly.

My son had an appt on a Friday afternoon, and I had to take a red-eye back to be there. Two days before the appt, they called and moved it to Wed the following week. So I had to cancel my flight for an important appt which costs me $200. Monday my wife called them to confirm the Wed appt, and the receptionist told her Dr. Elliott will not be available Wed. We could come in for a 3pm appt. we showed up and waited and waited ... Receptionist told me my son's turn wod be at around 4:30pm. I have an appt at 5pm so that will need to be canceled. When asked why made an appt at 3pm with us but dr is available only at 4:30pm, the receptionist played dumb! Her answer: I don't know!!!



There are others whose appt was at 1:30 and it was 3:30 that they were still waiting. If your time is important or you do not want to be treated like dirt, do not come here. I will also log a complaint at the BBB and with the Doctor's community abt this kind of service
