Carmike Cinemas - Encore Park 14

On September 26, 2016, my family and I went to this theatre. The total for 4 movie tickets, 2 buckets of popcorn, and 3 large drinks was $71.65. I agreed to pay $20 of the cost in cash with a $100 bill, while my mother paid the remaining $51.65 on her card. Austin was the gentleman checking us out at the register. After the movie, I realized that my change was off. I had received the exact same amount in change that my mother had paid on her card ($51.65)... So I called the movie theatre to explain and recieve my remaining $28.35. Austin, the man that checked us out originally picked up the phone. I explained the situation. Without even saying anything, he immediately gave the phone to the manager to deal with me, knowing that he was guilty. I explained the issue with the manager and she told me without a care in the world that his drawer had already been counted and that it was perfectly correct, meaning she couldn't do anything for me... These people are criminals. DO NOT GO HERE

The wife and i went here during matinee got a bucket of popcorn 2 lrg drinks $38.50 and couldn't even get a free refill on the corn they wanted $4 won't go here again.

We've been there countless times and never have had a bad experience!! Whether with just my husband or the whole family ( we have 2 little girls age 4 & 6) they have always been polite & accommodating to any needs we'd have. The staff is polite & helpful, the lobby & theaters are clean & spacious, & prices are comparable- overall 5/5! Highly recommend!!

I've been there about five times, and it is one of the best theters I've been to! It's big and most of the staff is very nice!

This theatre advertises all stadium seating but only a few auditoriums are stadium. They have some digital projection but it breaks down alot. The cashier at the concession stand had blue spiked mohawk hair and the floors are sticky.

I don't think I'll go back.
