I cannot recommend this company. The repairman, after a simple repair of tightening a water hose, put black rubber discs under the washing machine because - he said - it would stop it from scooting across the floor during the spin cycle. After he left, I did a very light load of laundry. When I came back the washing machine had moved at least 4 inches to the right and was crammed against the wall. When I called to ask what to do about this, they initially said they'd send the repairman back to make adjustments. But, after conferring with the supervisor, they instead told me that I was on my own, since it was a "movement" problem, not a mechanical problem. The repairman took it on himself to put those rubber things under my washer - I didn't ask for them - and now they won't stand beside their work. I realize this isn't a big deal in terms of a "simple fix" but I'm a pretty short woman and had a hell of a hard time heaving that washer up off the floor to try and get one hand under the foot thing and knock the rubber disc out of there. When I explained how difficult this was going to be for me to do by myself, they were like, "Sorry, can't help you." So I just had to figure out a way to make it work, which I DID, thank you very much. I am all for supporting local business, which is why I called them instead of Sears. But I will not call them ever again.

Unfortunately, this company is not one that I can recommend to anyone. We waited around all day for them to show up, since we were not given an appointment time but only a 5 hour window (and told they would call us with a half hour notice)--and they never showed. When we called them to find out where the technician was, they told *us* they were going to charge *us* though they never showed up!!! It seems this company is too disorganized to properly service the public...but it's unfortunate when they not only drop the ball, but are also rude and can't take responsibility for their mistakes.
