My truck is my livelihood. I have taken my truck here many times with no real problems, until earlier this year. They did a very sloppy job on a tire rotation and screwed up my steering column. When I attempted to have them correct the problem that they created, the owner or manager tried saying it was no big deal and refused to willingly repair their screw up. When I insisted they fix it, I was given a credit instead. At the same time as this I also purchased 4 brand new tires for a camper. Went on a job out of state and on the drive back, 2 of these tires blew out causing massive damage to the other 2 and also to my camper, which cost just over 2k to repair. When I contacted them about these tires, which had less than 3k miles on them, they again tried to refuse to fix the problem. Took a really harsh phone call to "force" them to make right on the tires, but they finally did. Should have learned from these 2 experiences, but with so many previous dealings with them without incident I assumed it was just 1 bad incident. Decided today to take my truck in for tire rotation, front-end alignment, and to inspect the front end for any possible issues. They took my truck back, watched me sit outside their office for over 45 minutes while I waited for my wife to come from another town to pick me up and not until I was almost back home did the owner/manager have an employee call and inform me that they didn't want to work on my truck due to the incident earlier this year. My wife pointed out "so they screw up twice, refuse to honor their work, are forced to fix it (never mind the extra 2k that came out of our pocket for the additional damages), and they don't want our business?" That's it in a nutshell. Not sure what's changed, but their actual tire service is sub-standard and their customer service is deplorable. Will be glad to give my business to someone else. This is probably a backhanded blessing, but I will definitely NEVER recommend this business to anyone.
