Provided by SuperpagesThese people are CROOKS! They sold me 4 appliances, none worked, removed one of mine I did not want removed and refused to bring it back. They came to fix them but didn't get the refrigerator working. When I told them I expected a replacement or refund they acted as if they didn't know who I was and didn't have a record if the purchase.Now I have to go to small claims court. The crew they sent over also reiked of pot. Never ever do business with these Crooks!
Save yourself grief - do not call this company. My first appointment with them, the owner/service manager was hours late. He was unable to make the repair at the time, and made suggestions that I could do to make it work. I followed his advise and the fridge worked for about two months. I called back and they said they would order parts but it would take 4-6 weeks to come in. I had to call them and find the parts had actually come in as they did not call me. An appointment was made, and they were a no show. When I called they said they could make it later in the afternoon which did not work with my schedule. When I called and complained - they told me they were not willing to work on my fridge because I was just going to complain about them anyway. So here it is.

Provided by SuperpagesCalled immediately after placing request online, came out within a couple hours and gave me a very good rate! I came to Home Appliance Repair & Service after my Kenmore oven started malfunctioning. the technician the tech was very friendly and fully explained what was wrong with it. Most people dont do that so it was nice of the technician to let me know. It only took a few hours and it didnt break my bank thankfully. I would for sure come back to Home Appliance Repair & Service!

Provided by SuperpagesWe have been associated with Home Appliance Repair & Service for the past few years and have received exceptional service. Home Appliance Repair & Service came in on time. He was very professional, efficient and trustworthy. My dishwasher didnt work due to a clogged drain. he told me about it and just charged the minimum. My dishwasher works great now and he even gave me tips to keep it in good condition and how to check the drain again. I highly recommend them. Prices were reasonable and they got the job done.
