The switchplate cover in our bathroom broke! My husband visited several stores in his quest to find a replacement. Unfortunately, after a couple of stores someone recommended this store.



They told him that they do not have it in stock but they can definitely order it. After agreeing to order it and paying for it, they told him that it should arrive in 5 to 10 days. After approximately 10 days and no phone calls from the store my husband decided to go the store to pick up what he ordered. When he got there, they told him that instead of the 5 to 10 days that he was promised the product would actually not come in for 2 to 4 weeks.



After waiting 4 weeks with no phone call from the store my husband called the store and spoke to Phil. Phil told him that he would check on the order and call him right back. Suprisingly, there was no phone call back, thus my husband again made another phone call. This time he was told that the product was actually shipped and they would contact him the next day to tell him when it would arrive at the store so he can pick it up. Today, after waiting a month and half he was finally told that the product is not available. To further aggravate the lie, they told him that he again needed to return to the store so they can get a refund on his money.



DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE, they lie, gives you the run around and could care less doing it!! You are better off ordering it online or going to Home Depot or Menards.
