First of all there are no reviews because they are all bad and get taken down as soon as they are posted. Travis took a long time to get back with us. When we wanted him to do the work, he called right back and was right back out to right up the contract. They were suppose to finish in 2 days, it took 5 plus. After they were done we found several things that were not right and this is when things got bad. Travis came back and explained why everything we had issuses with was OK in his mind. Most of the thing were fixed. Two days later we noticed that the caulking they used was turning yellow and looked bad, we called Travis and he did come back out and we disgussed what to do to fix it, he said he would have Jack his worker come back to fix it. That was the last time we heard from him, he wont pick up the phone when we leave several messages.. Nice business technique. He told us his work was garranteed but how do you garrantee work if you wont return phone calls and fix problems?
