JB Appliance Repair

A technician from this company came in last Friday and told me I will order the part on Monday. I called him from Monday till today Thursday ( July 9) and no one answers the phone. Not sure how they have a 4.5-star rating on Google as the other reviews say! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I called JB appliance in early August for a built in microwave/oven combo repair. He said he would order a part and get back to me. Collected a service fee and hasn't come back to do work. Guess I paid him to tell me it was broken! Called many times and nothing.

UNPROFESSIONAL! I hired JB Appliance Repair to fix my dishwasher. They damaged my custom cabinets. I was promised by the technician that it would be repaired. The OWNER requested we pay for the repair to the dishwasher and we did (stupid on our part) They DID NOT repair my cabinet and do not return my calls. They also left hoses unhooked while waiting for a part so water protruded into my cabinet under the sink and onto my hardwood floors. This could of been a nightmare.
