The Children's Office

Great pediatricians, especially Dr. allyn . He was the first doctor to check on my son when I had him at the hospital, and we been with him ever since (3 years ago ) . They also have on call doctors at night , very helpful especially for the new parents who have questions about their babies ! I would recommend this office to everyone.

Staff is absolutely rude as can be. Spoke to Kathy on the phone, who called me regarding a missed appointment two hours after said appointment. She hung up on me the moment I acknowledged the missed appointment, she didn't even ask or give me the option to reschedule. Then when I call back, she just talks over me and keeps saying "How am I supposed to know you want to reschedule?" I'm just thinking, you ask? It's kind of your job as a receptionist to be receptive of people. Why else would you call me two hours after the missed appointment? It's not like it was a friendly reminder call. Also, I wasn't sure of the need to repeatedly say that there will be a $50 fee for his missed appointment. When I first started taking my son here 4 years ago, the staff actually cared. It's gone so far down hill since then. Like I told her, she is very unprofessional and is bad for business. I know I'm taking my child elsewhere and I'll never recommend this place to anyone again.
