If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They gave us a verbal quote to fix a small problem then charged us triple the amount. They did work without our approval and our system is still broken. When we tried to dispute the charges they threatened to take us to court. Do not use this company they are scam artists.

one star because this company does not know how to communicate to its customers. My irrigation system was not working and I called this company to ask for estimate. They came out and diagnosed the problem. Then I received a bill for $125!! No work had been completed nor was I told that this estimate was going to cost me $125! I called and spoke to several individuals which kept telling me that this was their policy but never can admit that they informed me that this estimate would be $125! I even spoke with the owner Mike Fling which said that its also their policy. It doesn't matter what your policy is if you don't communicate it to your customers.

I called them because many of my sprinkler heads were not working and asked them to fix. They came to our home and charged us almost $400 to tell us "yes it is broken" but it will cost you more for us to actually fix it. So we are paying for information that we already had. Where is the value? When I complained they said "that's the charge and we should have charged you more". Worse customer service and service. The owner threatened me to pay using legal language.

worst company ever! fling installed my system and several pipe joints were not glued. a few years later i am still finding new leaks underground. they charge $100+ just to look at something and not fix it
