Treasure Coast Towing

One of the worst towing company and most of all the owner, Brian is a real DICK. His company likes to scam people cause we were one of the thousand people who were scammed by this company. They tell someone one price and then tell someone else another price. My advice for people who get towed or their car or truck booted to cut off the boot if you have the tools to do so before they come back to tow your stuff away. You have the right to do so cause it is on your property not theirs.

Totally rude and incompetent. NEVER use this company. My wife was in a traumatic accident and I was out of town. She was shaken up badly and when she called them, they rude and nasty. Zero compassion. I called the next and same MO. Rude and condescending. I drove 2 hours back to the towing and asked to see the vehicle. They would not let me walk 20 feet through the fence to see the damage. I offered to hold the guys hand so I could the front end of car as my wife thought the car was totalled. Nope, the jerk wouldn't let me. I wouldn't let them tow a dead cow across the street. Total jerks.

I agree with last review worst towing company ever I waited three hours when I complained they hung up on me thank God I was in a safe location a business parking lot as if it's not bad enough then to have to deal with rude incompetent people! I would not recommend them !

Worst towing company and absutely unreliable!

We had to deal with them twice due to our insurance and waited 2 hrs. as the dispatcher first lost our dispatch info made by our insurance and then upon our insurance calling again they didn't show again and just turned their phone off sending our calls to voice mail. Fair enough we complained to our insurance about them and hope they lose their contract since they definitely don't care about their customers!

My son was involved in a accident in Ft Pierce .I called Treasure Coast towing and within 15 minutes of calling my son and his car was taken to the house. I will RECOMMEND TREASURE COAST

Horrible, unfriendly, property stolen from truck. Manager knows nothing. It has always been my understanding when I studied law that if someone's property is in someone else's custody, they must take reasonable care over the property. You don't cut the lock on a UHAUL and walk away. I believe the manager was there throughout the night. He admits to cutting the lock, so he obvious had appropriate knowledge. Even if he had to do other tows throughout the night the gate would be locked. Approximately 5' chain fence with an additional 3 rows of barbed wire around the top. Something very fishy here. Had to get the police involved. $5,000.00 TV stolen. No one knows anything!

I had Treasure Coast Towing tow my 06 Altima from mile marker 154 on I95 to PSL. They said they would send a flatbed since the car was locked. Turns out they didnt use a flatbed but towed my car 38 miles down I95 with the two front drive tires on the ground. I now have over $3500 worth of transmission problems! When I spoke with Brian (owner or manager) he refused to take any responsibility. I would avoid using this horrible company at all cost!!
